Learn high energy dance moves that are from and influenced by Caribbean music and Dancehall steps, that Increases cardio. Students will learn dance terms, and some moves to use on the dance floor or in your own class, all while working up a good sweat & stretch right after.
Dance is a great and fun way to get out of your routine of the typical cardio workout, come wine up your waistline with me!
