To welcome participation by everyone in our community, the new Joe's will be fully accessible. In alignment with our commitment to the environment, green building techniques, such as energy efficient appliances and natural building products, will be used. An inviting, well-landscaped facade and parking area, enhanced by public art, will attract visitors and reflect the creative spirit of the arts district. The new Joe's will allow us to serve as a creative hub and to host and partner with a substantially larger number of local performance groups, nonprofit organizations, and community agencies.
