Non-Performance

Joe’s Movement Emporium's Theatre, Studios and Lobby can be rented for private parties, weddings, meetings, gatherings, conferences and other non-performance events.

Joe’s provides tables, chairs, use of the kitchen and appropriate staffing for all events.

Event Rental Rates:
$25-45/hr- Studio Rentals (Non-income earning)
$400 Studio and Lobby Rental (4 hrs. max.)
$800- Theatre and Lobby rental (community/non-profit rate with 7hrs. max.)
$1000- Theatre and Lobby (commercial rate)

 Rental Guidelines:

• Joe’s Movement Emporium is not a nightclub
• We do not allow go-go’s, cabarets and/or late night parties
• B.Y.O.B. events are not allowed.
• All advertisements and invitations may not be issued until contract is signed and then must be approved by a Joe’s staff member before distribution.
• The first responsibility of Joe’s Movement Emporium is to fill the season with performing arts shows and events. In some cases date are left available for the community to rent.
• All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis and priority is first to 501(c)(3) organization
