About the MELT Method
The MELT Method® is a simple self-treatment technique that eliminates chronic pain, improves flexibility, posture, and decreases the accumulated stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. Learn how to reduce joint pain and muscle tension with self-treatment techniques that rehydrate your connective tissue and rebalance your nervous system in this unique group workshop. This technique will make your body feel better and keep you active and pain-free for a lifetime. All equipment will be provided (soft roller and small balls) and will be available for purchase from the instructor.
