Join the Clown Cabaret at Joe's Movement Emporium
Wednesday, April 17th at 8 pm, Clown Cabaret brings their eclectic evening of clowns around town to Joe’s Movement Emporium for one night only. Performance includes Les S. Moore, Rachel Hynes and Francesca Chilcote, Dr. Dour and Peach, Happenstance Theatre, Marian DeAngelo, Joe’s Movement Emporium and Sophie Glasser. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children 16 and under, and $20 for seniors and veterans and can be purchased online at www.joesmovement.org, by calling the Box Office Monday - Thursday between 4 pm and 10 pm at 301-699-1819, or in person at 3309 Bunker Hill Road, Mt. ABOUT CLOWN CABARET
Clown Cabaret was founded in 2010 by DC performers Karen Beriss, Matthew Pauli and Rich Potter in order to give clowns an opportunity to try new material in a supportive and fun spot with a great audience. Variety performers can showcase new material and develop old material and, most importantly, play. Clown Cabaret is a six-times yearly show that will showcase the bizarre, fun, interesting and silly world of Clown. With highly skilled, well-trained performers, Clown Cabaret will not expand the audience's understanding, but give them the opportunity to laugh, cry, and, maybe, throw a pie in someone's face.
