Meet the Craft Fair team


Neena Narayanan

Neena Narayanan, Marketing Director, has been inspired by the movement arts since her parents dropped her off at her first dance class. Ms. Narayanan came to Joe’s in 2013 after receiving her Masters in Arts Management from American University. She works closely with Joe's management team to maintain, develop and improve the Joe's brand through maintaining and updating the website, enews, social media, and print collateral. She brings data management, marketing and fundraising experience from arts and health care non-profits in the Washington, D.C. area including Studio Gallery, DC Arts Center, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Washington Project for the Arts. Neena holds a BA in English from the University of Rochester.


Jeniffer Leon

Jeniffer Leon is Joe’s Movement Emporium’s Artist Services Coordinator, also a lighting designer and theater technician at M-NCPPC’s Publick Playhouse. She went through Joe’s Movement Emporium’s Theater Tech Program, now known as CreativeWorks, spring of 2009 and returned after 7 years to work as a lighting designer. Through the Theater Tech Program she had the opportunity to attend a summer work program at M-NCPPC’s Publick Playhouse as a camp counselor. During the fall of 2009 she was hired part time at M-NCPPC’s Publick Playhouse where she found a calling for lighting design and has been designing for 8+ years. Jeniffer has worked with many artist including Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Jeff Majors, Regina Belle and many others.


Candy Jo Witter

Candy Jo Witter, Community Program Coordinator has always been passionate about creativity, art, and wellness throughout her life. Candy has years of experience in customer service, sales, and management. Candy holds an associate degree in Business Administration while currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Bowie State University.
