Strategic Plan FY27 – FY29

CREATIVITY AT THE CORE

Arts as Infrastructure to Power Health, Climate, and Economic Opportunity

This strategic plan positions art as the engine of transformation, fueling belonging, driving economic mobility, and embedding creative solutions into health, climate resilience, and education. It focuses on going deeper where we are already rooted, so that Creative Suitland and Joe’s can function as sustainable, multigenerational hubs, places where residents gather, heal, organize, and build futures. Through intentional growth and measurable impact, we will ensure that creativity remains at the core of community life.

Three pillars guiding the plan:

  • Pillar 1: Building Health And Wealth Through Creativity

  • Pillar 2: Deep Roots, Bold Growth

  • Pillar 3: Creativity As Economic Power
