THE FIRST 2021 MT. RAINIER VIRTUAL SPRING CRAFT FAIR WILL HELD BE SATURDAY, MARCH 6, 2020 FROM 12 PM - 3 PM.

Welcome to the first 2021 Virtual Spring Craft Fair Application!
This event is supported by M-NCPPC.

The Mt. Rainier Spring Craft Fair will take place completely virtual due to the increase in Covid-19 cases in Prince George's County. The Craft Fair will take place on the online platform Hopin, which allows customers to explore different sessions on their own. The event is open to the public with free admission. Each crafter will be scheduled for the full 3 hours, however, if a crafter decides not to participate for the full 3 hours Joe's will just need to know the time frame to advertise them. Each crafter needs to have a link for their website where you can purchase their showcased items. We are looking forward to seeing the Mt. Rainier community in Hopin on March 6th!

Never heard of Hopin? No problem, here at Joe's we will be scheduling a few rehearsals prior to the
Spring Craft Fair to help troubleshoot and answer any questions crafters may have!

Also please note that because the Craft Fair will be virtual, all cameras must be turned so that buyers are more engaged! Crafters must be prepared to be on screen and interact with their visitors and have a visible display of their items.

The cost to participate is $35 per individual crafter, artisan, or arts business.

What's included:
- Publicity on all social media and website page
- Access to all virtual clients

Participation will be judged based on the following criteria:
• Quality & Craftsmanship
• Originality & Uniqueness
• Marketability & Variety of Items
• Presentation and Photos

Selection of crafters will be made on a rolling basis through February. All crafters will be notified as soon as possible.

Please reach out to Noni Ford at noni@joesmovement.org if you have any questions.
