  • Artist: $40/hr

  • Teaching Artist: $60/hr

All studios run the same rate. The minimum booking time for studios is 1 hour.

Our Studios are open weekdays from 11:00 AM–9:30 PM

What’s the difference between an Artist and a Teaching Artist?

An Artist is defined as a creator who utilizes our space to make work, such as a rehearsal.

A Teaching Artist is defined as a creator who exchanges money in the studio, for example, a class or workshop.

Capacity: 35 people
Size: 44′ x 22′, 968 sq. ft
Features: AUX or bluetooth accessible speakers. Ballet Bars.

STUDIO 3 - THE SENATOR GWENDOLYN BRITT STUDIO

Capacity: 45 people
Size: 44′ x 27′, 1,188 sq. ft
Features: AUX or bluetooth accessible speakers. Rigged for aerial space use.
