Embodied Creativity: Yin/Gentle Yoga with Devyn Beswick
This workshop is designed to get you out of your head and into your emotional and spiritual body, through breathwork, gentle and intuitive movement, and sound, to access a flow state of creativity. We believe that when we are most embodied, we can express ourselves in our most honest and free ways. This workshop will support the release of emotion while supporting the subsequent processing of these emotions through poetry and creative writing.
