Mindfulness Practices To Do With Your Dog with Joanne Ometz
In this session, you’ll learn a unique method of Walking Meditation, or Mindfulness Walking, designed to be practiced with your dog. This gentle, intentional approach can help reduce your dog’s reactivity and agitation, ease your own frustration, and support nervous system regulation for both of you. By bringing mindfulness to your walks, you’ll create a calmer, more connected experience on both ends of the leash.
*Please bring your dog wearing a comfortable harness and regular leash (NOT retractable or bungee) at least 6 feet long, along with a treat pouch with high-value treats.
