BEFORE REGISTRATION
Who is this program for?
CreativeWorks Youth Camp is designed specifically for youth ages 13–16. The curriculum, environment, and expectations are developmentally appropriate for teens, not younger children.

Can my teen attend just one week?
Yes. Each week is fully independent and self-contained. Teens can attend one week, multiple weeks, or non-consecutive weeks.
Does my teen need prior experience?
No prior experience in digital media, theater, or performance is required.
What does a typical day look like?
Each day includes:
1.5 hours of Digital Media
1.5 hours of Performing Arts & Theater Tech
1 hour of Life Skills development
Structured creative project time
Lunch is from 12:00–1:00 PM daily.
What will my teen complete by the end of the week?
Every participant finishes a creative project by Friday. This may include:
A short digital media project
A performance piece or exposure to new skills
A promotional or creative portfolio component
Is this a performance-heavy camp?
The program balances on-stage performance and behind-the-scenes production. Teens can shine in performance roles or technical roles like lighting, sound, and media production.
What makes this different from a regular camp?
CreativeWorks is a structured, project-based creative lab. Each week includes:

Participants complete a project each week by Friday.
Can food be refrigerated or microwaved?
No. We are not able to refrigerate or microwave food. Lunch should be packed accordingly.

Is there a registration deadline?
Registration closes once capacity is reached. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
What information do I need to provide?
You will provide completed forms that require the following information:
Participant name and age
Permission Slip
Emergency contact information
Authorized pick-up list
Medical information (if applicable)
Media consent selection
After Hours Program selection (if needed)

$220 per week
Tuition covers:
Daily Digital Media instruction
Performing Arts & Theater Tech instruction

FINANCIAL AID
CreativeWorks offers limited financial aid to support families who qualify.
To apply for financial assistance, parents/guardians must submit:

AFTER HOURS PROGRAM
Is after-hours available?
Yes. Optional after-hours is available from 3:00–6:00 PM for families who need extended coverage.
What is the cost for after-hours?
Flat fee: $80 per week, regardless of the number of days used.
Does it need to be paid in advance?
Yes. The After Hours Program must be paid in advance to secure a spot.
What happens during After Hours?
Participants remain in a supervised environment that may include:
Structured creative time
Project continuation
Light recreational activities
Quiet independent work
BEFORE CAMP STARTS
What should my teen bring daily?

BEHAVIOR & EXPECTATIONS
Participants must:
Respect peers and staff
Follow directions
Participate fully
Use appropriate language
Stay in designated areas
Handle equipment responsibly
Bullying, harassment, or repeated disruption will result in parent contact and possible removal from the program.
What happens if there is a behavior issue?
We use a restorative approach. Steps may include:
Verbal reminder
Reflection conversation
Parent contact
Possible removal from program for serious or repeated issues
Bullying or harassment is not tolerated.
Is supervision provided?
Yes. Staff-to-youth ratios are maintained throughout the day.
What happens in case of an emergency?
Emergency contacts are kept on file.
Parents are notified immediately if needed.
First aid supplies are available.
Clear emergency procedures are in place.
PICK-UP & ATTENDANCE
How does pick-up work?
Daily sign-in and sign-out required.
Only authorized adults may pick up participants.
Identification may be requested.
What if I am late picking up my child?
Late pickup may result in additional fees.
