Movement Meditation with Steve Wanna
Yoga is sometimes described as meditation in movement. In this workshop, we combine familiar yoga poses with a focus on breath and intentional movement to help center the mind and create meaningful connections between body and mind that can extend well beyond the mat.
We'll focus on breath awareness, alignment, and other ways of cultivating and sustaining awareness and presence on the mat while exploring ways of extending these practices and states of being off the mat and connecting them to ways of being in the world.
